Our Brown Rice Dinner Rolls offer a great vehicle for sliders, and there are none better than Molly’s beef and bacon sliders. These are a simple yet scrumptious staple for cookouts, alongside a nice and juicy beer brat.
Ingredients
- 6 Outside The Breadbox Brown Rice Dinner Rolls
- 1 lb ground beef (We used our Denver local, River Bear)
- 12 oz bacon
- 3 oz Mexican 3-cheese blend
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp barbeque seasoning (We used Rufus Teague Meat Rub—gluten free, non-GMO, and Kosher)
- ½ tsp salt (the bacon already adds a salty taste so you want to go easy here)
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Fire up your grill!
- Cook your bacon until crispy enough to easily chop.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, and remaining ingredients and hand blend.
- Shape into 3-4 inch round patties with a thumbprint indentation in the middle of each. This will help the slider hold its shape and cook evenly on the grill.
- Grill to your temperature preference.
- Slide onto Outside The Breadbox Brown Rice Dinner Rolls.
- Serve with toppings of your choice, but these babies are flavorful enough to eat on their own!
