Beer Battered Fish and Chips

Fish and chips is traditionally made with a white fish, like haddock or cod, but for a decadent treat, try using salmon. Between the higher fat content of salmon and the batter it makes for a rich combination, so portion sizes can be smaller. We used Orca Bay salmon for this recipe, since it’s wild caught and sustainable. This was also the maiden voyage of our air fryer. Love, love, love! The batter turned out crunchy, the fish was perfectly flaky, and you can see how yummy those fries look! Are you ready to get your Brit on?
