Our bread is gluten free, nut-free, and soy-free – made with clean, thoughtfully sourced ingredients that actually taste great. We believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice flavor for dietary needs. Our top seller - oat bread - is also vegan.
Yes! Our entire facility is dedicated gluten-free, nut-free, and soy-free. We are certified through the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO).
We thoughtfully source high-quality, local, and ethically produced ingredients whenever possible. Our oats are glyphosate-free. You can find detailed ingredient lists and nutrition facts on each product page.
No. We do not use any unnatural preservatives in our products.
Many are certified non-GMO by Project Verified. Select the Non-GMO filter to see all our non-GMO products.
While we use many organic ingredients, not all of our ingredients are certified organic. The oats we source are glyphosate-free.
Oats offer many nutritional benefits for those on a gluten-free diet. We use only certified gluten-free oats. A very small percentage of people with celiac disease may still react to a protein called avenin found in oats. If you have concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.
We use high oleic sunflower seed oil and olive oil in the majority of our products.
Yes, our bags are recyclable – check with your local recycling provider for details. Our cracker and crouton pouches are not yet recyclable, but we’re actively working with suppliers to find more eco-friendly options.
Our facility produces both vegan (egg-free) and non-vegan (egg- and/or milk-containing) products. We use separate baking trays and thoroughly clean all equipment between production runs. However, all products are baked in the same ovens. Please consider the severity of your allergies before purchasing.

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Place your order by Sunday at 6:00 PM MST to have it shipped the same week.
Due to the limited shelf life of our fresh products, we ship Monday through Wednesday (depending on location) to ensure your order arrives in peak condition.
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
All products are shipped at room temperature. The shelf life for bread, bagels, rolls, pizza crusts, and buns is 8 days from shipment.
Orders must be placed by Sunday at 6:00 PM MST to ship the same week. If it’s past that window, your order will ship the following week. During holidays, shipping may be further delayed. Contact us at onlinesales@outsidethebreadbox.com with any concerns.
Storage & Freshness
Our breads and bagels have a 7-day shelf life at room temperature and last up to one year in the freezer.
We recommend freezing your products as soon as you receive them to maximize freshness. Simply toast or thaw when you’re ready to enjoy.
