Refund policy

Because Outside The Breadbox products are perishable baked goods, we require prompt notification of any issues so we can review and resolve claims.



Part 1 — If you ordered our products Online at 
outsidethebreadbox.com

We guarantee satisfaction with Outside The Breadbox products. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all claims must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

We may issue a refund or store credit, at our discretion, after review and verification.  Please provide customer service with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

For wholesale customers, please contact your sales representative for returns.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Submit clear photos of the specific damaged products

  • Photos must clearly show the nature and extent of the damage

  • Images should be well-lit and in focus



Missing or Incorrect Products

If items are missing or incorrect:

  • Submit photos of all products received in the shipment

  • Ensure all items in the box are clearly visible

This helps us verify delivery contents and identify discrepancies.



Other Product Quality Issues

If you experience a quality issue not listed above, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request additional information to better understand the issue and improve our processes.



Part 2 — If you purchased our products in a store

The store where you purchased the product may accept returns or offer refunds.  We also welcome you to contact us directly and we will make our best effort to resolve your concern.

How to Submit a Claim

Please contact our customer service team within the applicable timeframe and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Any required photos, as outlined above

We are committed to reviewing all valid claims promptly and resolving them fairly.  Do not submit claims directly to the shipper.  Claims submitted to the shipper cannot be resolved by Outside The Breadbox.



Final Notes

  • Refunds or credits are issued at our discretion based on verification

  • Claims submitted outside the stated timeframes may not be eligible

  • This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Outside The Breadbox or authorized retail partners
